Acceptance Terms of Service
Store Republic Domain, Web Hosting & Other service (the “service”), owned and operated by Store Republic (A sole subsidiary of Brain Code Ltd.) is provided to the client under most recent version of the Store Republic Terms of Services (“TOS”). Registering with us or subscribing to our services means you agree to our Terms of Services. Kindly read these terms carefully to avoid any issues that may arise. These Terms may be updated by Store Republic at any time if the policy changes are made at the company level. The most current version of Terms will be available at here
Subject to the terms of this Agreement shall begin on the date that Store Republic generates an e-mail message to Customer announcing the activation of the Customer’s account (the “Service Commencement Date”) and shall continue for the number of months stated in the Order (the “Initial Term”). Store Republic agrees to provide the web hosting services described in the Order for the fees stated in the Order.
All services provided by the Store Republic may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, the material Store Republic judges to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and another statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold the harmless Store Republic from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
For your convenience Store Republic offers multiple payment terms with increasing discounts for it’s product lines. All payments to Store Republic are non refundable after the first 30 days of service. If you wish to cancel a Semi-Annual or Yearly package prior to its renewal date, your package will be pro-rated to the nearest Monthly billing cycle and any remaining funds will be credited to your account. Any cancellation as the result of a violation of our TOS or AUP will be non refundable. Store Republic generates all invoices 15 days before the due date, pay your invoice till the due date, late fee will be charged after the due date.
- Invoice Generation: 15 days before the due date.
- Invoice Unpaid Reminder: 5 days before the due date.
- First Overdue Reminder: 1 day after the due date.
- Second Overdue Reminder: 3 days after the due date.
- Account Suspension: 4 days after the due date.
Store Republic offers 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support department who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 30 Days. There are no refunds past the 30 Days period.
Refunds are not available for Domain Service, SSL Certificate, VPS & Dedicated Server.
No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. Store Republic reserves the right to deny the refund if we feel abuse of services has occurred.
Accounts purchased under a promotion, with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 30 Days money back guarantee
Account Credit on your account can not be converted to cash or transferable to any other payment method. credit must be used for purchases and renewals products.
We reserve the final decision on refunds, based on the situation and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area. To do this, click the icon next to the package you wish to cancel then press ‘Request Cancellation’. You must then complete and submit the form.
You are no longer guaranteed a refund if you break any of our Terms of Service.
All cancellation requests must be sent 5 (five) days before the due date of the invoice.
Choosing an immediate cancellation request means your service will be terminated with 24 hours of submitting the form.
Cancellation requests can only be submitted if the account has no due invoices.
We do not refund Paypal fees which we never received from the sale.
Dedicated server / VPS Server cancellations must be submitted a minimum of 20 days prior to the renewal date or you may be charged for the next billing period.
Domain Service Conditions
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has been registered.
The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; ICANN in the case of .COM/NET/ORG and Nominet in the case of domain names ending with .UK you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name.
We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us. All charges payable by you for the Services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates published from time to time by us on our web site and shall be due and payable in advance of our service provision.
You shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified and hold us harmless from and against any breach by you of these terms of business and any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from the provision of Services by us to you and your use of the Services.
If you break any of these terms and conditions and you fail to correct the breach within seven (7) days following written notice from us specifying the breach, we may terminate this Agreement forthwith.
Free Domain Condition
A free domain name will be registered for you with premium hosting package when you will pay yearly.
Only one domain will be registered free of charge per account.
If you cancel your hosting before the paid period Store Republic reserve the right to cancel or resell your domain.
Delivery of Services
Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt from our systems. Please print an retain a copy of this and retain in a safe place for future reference.
Please note that we aim to deliver all goods as soon as signup is complete. If we will be unable to adhere to this you will be informed via email or telephone or both. Payment will be deducted when services are delivered.

We will not add charges to customers using either VISA or Mastercard card schemes. The final price will be the same regardless of payment method.
Maintenance & Support
Please allow up to 24 hours for a support ticket to be answered before opening a new one. Generally, it should be answered within 30 minutes within working hours.
Backup & Data Loss
We take daily backup and backups are not guaranteed. These backups are strictly for our own use in-case of a server failure. Store Republic recommends that clients backup their data to their personal computers or storage servers. Clients are responsible for their own data. Store Republic is not responsible for data and files residing on your account.
However Store Republic Provides complementary backup services for our Premium Hosting customers. We create and store one weekly and two of the most recent daily backups. Customer agrees to maintain a current copy of all content hosted by Store Republic notwithstanding any agreement by Store Republic to provide back up services. Customer acknowledges that any backups provided by or for Store Republicc services are a courtesy service intended for disaster recovery only and that Store Republic does not warrant or guarantee the availability, integrity, content or operability of these backups.
Affiliates may not mask, hide or modify the affiliate link. It must be used as displayed in the client area.
Clients agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable law and Store Republic’s Acceptable Usage Policy (the “AUP”), which is hereby incorporated by reference in this Agreement. These Terms and Policies are governed in all respects under Bangladeshi laws and International Laws.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Store republic, Store Republic and it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, punitive damages, amounts in interest, expenses and disbursements of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys fees) brought by a third party under any theory of legal liability arising out of or related to the actual or alleged use of Customer’s services in violation of applicable law or the AUP by Customer or any person using Customer’s log on information, regardless of whether such person has been authorized to use the services by Customer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
STORE REPUBLIC DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW STORE REPUBLIC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.
Service Level Agreement
Store Republic‘s goal is to provide 99.9% service uptime on all hosting plans. If your service drops below 99.9% uptime in any given month you will be credited with one free month. This must be claimed within 7 days of our monitoring dropping below this level.
Any planned maintenance work is except from this guarantee and will be ignored. Dedicated servers currently have no SLA.
